1. What is PARQRO and how does it work?
PARQRO makes communication about your vehicle effortless and secure, so you never have to worry about your parked car again. Just place your unique PARQRO QR code on your vehicle, and anyone who needs to reach you can scan it to open a personalized digital page. From there, they can contact you instantly through WhatsApp via a private relay or through selected phone numbers, while your real contact details stay safely hidden on paid plans.
2. How does PARQRO protect my privacy?
For paid subscribers, your actual phone numbers are never directly displayed on the physical QR code if you so desire. We act as a secure intermediary. our innovative PARQRO Shield securely relays WhatsApp messages without revealing your personal contact details, giving you full control over your privacy. We also give you control over each number's visibility.
3. How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email and password or through your Google account by clicking on the top right "My Account" button and then "Log In".
4. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the "Danger Zone" section of your profile page. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all associated data will be removed after a retention period for legal and auditing purposes.
Phone Numbers:
5. How do I add a phone number to my account?
You can add phone numbers from your profile page, and you will need to verify each number via SMS or WhatsApp.
6. Why is phone number verification required?
Phone number verification ensures you are the legitimate owner of the number and helps maintain the integrity and security of our service.
7. Can I add multiple phone numbers?
Yes, you can add multiple phone numbers, depending on your subscription plan.
8. Can I control when my phone numbers are visible?
Yes, with any paid subscription. You have granular control over phone number visibility. With PARQRO Shield (for paid plans), you can set individual numbers to be visible or hidden on each of your QR pages, ensuring your actual phone number is not displayed by default. Additionally, a global setting allows you to control the overall visibility of your primary account QR.
9. What is PARQRO Shield via WhatsApp and how do I manage it?
PARQRO Shield via WhatsApp, available with our paid plans, is an innovative feature that acts as a secure messaging relay. It allows you to receive important vehicle alerts and communications directly via WhatsApp, seamlessly and without revealing your actual contact number. This protects your personal information while ensuring you remain reachable. You can link or unlink a WhatsApp account for these alerts from the 'QR Management' section of your profile, giving you full control over this additional layer of secure communication.

10. How do I get my QR code?
You can buy one at eMAG or by creating an account and adding a phone number, your primary digital QR code, linked to your personalized page, becomes available for download from your profile. You can also create and manage multiple QRs, including disposable QRs and physical PARQRO Stickers, from the 'My QR Codes' section.
11. Can I customize my QR?
Yes, you have full control to customize your QR codes. You can personalize the name of each QR code and dynamically update the message displayed on its corresponding QR page directly from your profile settings.
12. What happens if someone scans my QR code?
When someone scans your PARQRO QR code, they are securely directed to your personalized digital QR page. There, they can view your custom message and easily initiate contact with you via the communication methods (such as WhatsApp or specific phone numbers) that you have chosen to make visible.
13. How do I activate a PARQRO Sticker?
If you have purchased a physical PARQRO Sticker, you can activate it by linking its unique code to your account through the 'Activate PARQRO Sticker' option in your profile. This connects the physical sticker to your personalized QR page.
14. What is a Disposable QR?
A Disposable QR is a temporary QR code you can create for specific, short-term uses. It can be easily generated, managed, and deleted from your 'My QR Codes' section, providing flexibility for various scenarios while keeping your primary account QR separate.
15. How do I manage multiple QRs?
From the 'My QR Codes' section of your profile, you can view, create, edit, restore, and delete all your QR codes. This includes both disposable QRs and those linked to physical PARQRO Stickers. You can also select which QR is currently active from 'QR Management' for detailed management.
Subscriptions & Payments:
16. What is the difference between the Free, Standard, and Premium plans?
The Free plan offers basic functionality (e.g., fewer phone numbers). The Standard and Premium plans unlock advanced features like more phone numbers, granular visibility controls, and WhatsApp integration. A detailed comparison is available on our Pricing page.
17. How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?
You can upgrade or manage your existing subscription details (including payment methods) from your profile page.
18. What is your refund policy?
For EU consumers, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions, unless you explicitly consent to immediate service performance and acknowledge the loss of this right. Beyond this, we generally do not offer refunds. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
19. How are payments processed?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
Data & Security:
20. What personal data do you collect?
We collect account information (email, Firebase ID), phone numbers, subscription details, QR content, and usage data (IP address for security). Please see our Privacy Policy for a complete list.
21. How do you use my personal data?
We use your data to provide and maintain the service, manage your account, process payments, ensure security, and communicate with you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
22. Do you share my data with third parties?
Yes, we share data with essential service providers like Firebase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone verification), and Cloudflare (security). We have Data Processing Agreements in place where required. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
23. How long do you retain my data?
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, some data is retained for up to 12 months for legal and auditing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.

You can purchase physical QR stickers through our partners, such as eMAG. Please note that purchases from third-party vendors are subject to their own terms and conditions.
